Junior Character TD

Role:

Platige Image Cinematics Team is seeking junior technical directors who are able to create character rigs and animation tools for high-end rendered shots. Candidates need a varied skill level across the areas of rigging, scripting and software development. We are currently seeking juniors for upcoming game cinematics projects at our Warsaw, Poland studio.

Required:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in rigging in any 3D environment proven by demo-reel

- A general technical/math background including programming, scripting and software development

- Deep understanding of character design and animation, as it relates to rig development

- Good problem-solving abilities

- Self-motivation and a great team-player

Plus:

- Knowledge of Maya

- Knowledge of 3ds Max or other 3D software and ability to learn fast

- Experience in Python and/or C++

- Any experience in cloth simulation in Maya (nCloth, Syflex, Qualoth)

- Ideal candidate has great, proven programming skills, basic or better Maya knowledge and is able to learn fast about technical side of hi-end character animation and rigging

- Technical Degree
