Your Quest:

• 
  
• Managing a team of 15 programmers/testers/artists/game designers,
  
• Optimizing production and QA team's project flow,
  
• Respecting the constraints of deadline, quality and budget,
  
• Reporting project progress to the client and upper management,
  
• Analysing and reporting all the customer needs.
  

These skills are needed to accomplish your tasks:

• 
  
• 5 years-experience in IT project management,
  
• Good analytical and synthesis skills and are a good decision-maker,
  
• Creativity and problem-solving attitude
  
• Ability to meeting challenges and working within time constraints
  
• Good written and oral English communication skills
  

• 
  
• Interest in video games and mobile phones,
  
• Experience in managing people and knowledge of Agile methodology.
