  1. RIGGER 3DE in Warsaw is looking for a Rigger to work on upcoming productions. The main task will be creating high quality rigs and rigging tools to be used by other team members structured in Maya. Right person must have outstanding knowledge of rigging for Maya as a main tool as well as multiple of scripting languages which are used in everyday VFX productions. ​Responsibilities: Creating complex and simple rig setups for any type of objects needed in production ranging from props to complex characters and creatures. Creating rigs compatible with outlines established by the 3de pipeline. Ability to work closely with all departments in the studio to make sure that the work coming from all the artists is rigging compatible and follows guidelines of our in-house rigging systems and insuring the continuation and upgrades of the current rigging tools. Develop Ftrack tools and work with our team responsible for Ftrack Development. Create pipeline tools which would allow to streamline any workflow inside of 3DE's pipeline for rigging. Communicate and work with fellow artists and TDs to create the best work possible within the time given. Provide CG Supervisors with progress reports. Look over other less experienced team members to help to solve any problems which might be a cause of technical misunderstanding. Requirements: Riggers with +2 years of proven experience. Impeccable knowledge for Maya. Knowledge of Python, MEL, PyMEL, C++. Ability to apply yourself to an in-house pipeline and pre-existing rigging tools. Outstanding organisation and communication skills. Ability to work within a team and in a dynamically changing environment full of ideas. Multitasking, problem solving, self-ogarnisation and priorotising your day to day work is very expected. Knowledge of Linux Centos and Windows operating systems.   2. LIGHTING TD 3DE in Warsaw is looking for a person for a position of Lighting TD to work on upcoming productions. The main task will be creating high quality imagery in Vray for Maya. 3DE pipeline is mainly structured on following programs: Maya, Vray, Houdini, Mantra, Zbrush, Mari, Mudbox, 3d Coat, Nuke. Right person must have very good knowledge of Vray for Maya as a main tool. responsibilities: Creating complex shading networks based off custom texture maps, pbr based and non pbr. Creating light rigs to be used across other scenes by multiple of artists. Ability to work closely with all departments within the studio to make sure that the work coming from different departments will be assembled correctly and in an organised manner. Assembling all caches into one scene which is compatible with the outlines established by the 3DE pipeline. Comunicate and work with fellow artists and TDs to create the best work possible within the time given. Provide CG Supervisors with progress reports. Sharing techniques and look over less experienced Lighting TDs requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in a Lighting TD role. Impeccable knowledge of Vray for Maya. Ability to work in other programs like Adobe Photoshop, Arnold for Maya, Clarrise, Katana, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Substance, Mari. Artistic mind with a knowlege of correct composition and outstanding mind for a colours and what it takes to do a good lighting setup. Outstanding organisation and communication. Ability to work within a team and in a dynamically changing environment full of ideas. Multitasking, problem solving, self-ogarnisation and priorotising your day to day work.
