NOLABEL is looking for a Compositing Artist

NOLABEL is looking for a Compositing Artist who will be responsible for the aesthetic integrity and quality of the final image for TV Commercials, Feature Films, TV series and animations. The position is based in Krakow, Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all tasks associated with the compositing process
• Maintain the overall look, color balance, and quality for assigned shots and sequences to create uniformity in all finished work
• Determine the best possible techniques in collaboration with the VFX Supervisor and the Lead Compositor
• Communicate artistic and technical problems to the 3D Department
• Produce images that meet the high-quality standards of the industry
• Respect deadlines by managing time properly

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Nuke
• Knowledge of the overall VFX pipeline and understanding of the production process
• Strong aesthetic skills in judging photo-realism, composition and color
• Knowledge of color management and ACES workflow
• Ability to do 2D tracking, keying, layering of elements, and color grading
• Problem-solving approach
• Ability to take direction positively, work well within a team, and thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Fine Arts foundation skills
• Experience in Python is an advantage
• English language skills are preferred
