NOLABEL is looking for a CG Supervisor

NOLABEL is looking for a CG Supervisor who will be responsible for the artistic and technical quality of CGI and VFX for TV Commercials, Feature Films, TV series and animations. The position is based in Krakow, Poland. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise artistic and technical progress of overall work
• Understand the Director’s vision and prepare a clear brief for the team
• Drive creative concepts with the rest of the team
• Inspire and lead the team to deliver high-quality work
• Work with Producers and Senior Creatives to breakdown VFX work 
• Monitor the progress of each VFX shot in the project, lead daily meetings with the team

    
REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of the overall VFX pipeline and understanding of the production process
• Previous experience in a similar role and as a 3D Artist (3ds Max preferred)
• Great leadership and mentoring skills
• Artistic skills with strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent, clear communication and team-oriented thinking
• Enthusiasm and a creative mind
• Ability to solve problems and act proactively
• Excellent language skills in English

 
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Experience in Houdini or Unreal Engine is a big advantage
• Knowledge of general compositing principles (Nuke preferred)
• Familiarity with project management
• Experience in working on a film set as an on-set Supervisor
• Knowledge of Shotgrid
