NOLABEL is looking for a VFX Supervisor

NOLABEL is looking for a VFX Supervisor who will be responsible for the artistic and technical quality of Visual Effects for TV Commercials, Feature Films, TV series and animation films. The position is based in Krakow, Poland. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Producers and Senior Creatives to prepare VFX Breakdowns 
• Supervise artistic and technical progress of overall work
• Understand the Client/Director’s vision and prepare a clear brief for the team
• Drive creative concepts with the rest of the team
• Inspire and lead the team to deliver high-quality work
• Monitor the progress of each VFX shot in the project and lead meetings with the team
• Support Producers in communication with clients regarding technical and creative aspects

    
REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Previous experience as a VFX Supervisor
• Knowledge of the overall VFX pipeline and understanding of the film production process
• Experience in working with 3D softwares (3ds Max or Houdini preferred) 
• Knowledge of compositing principles (Nuke preferred)
• Great leadership and mentoring skills
• Artistic skills with strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent, clear communication and team-oriented thinking
• Enthusiasm and a creative mind
• Ability to solve problems and act proactively
• Excellent language skills in English

 
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Experience in working on a film set as an on-set VFX Supervisor
• Experience leading long term projects like TV series or Feature Films
• Familiarity with project management
• Experience in working with freelancers and vendors
• Knowledge of Shotgrid
