Nie jestem pewien czy to to, ale autosave mozesz wylaczyc idac do:

Customize > Preferences > (zakladka) Files > Autosave i pozostaje to odznaczyc, albo zmienic zeby zadziej save robil.

Ale tak prawde mowiac to nie wiem czemu cie to przesladuje przed save'ami
