Problem z otwieraniem plików w Maxwell studio

Witam wszytskich,

Zwracam sie do Was z prośbą o pomoc. Otóż do renderowania używam maxwell studio-wszytko ładnie i pieknie chodzilo. Ostatnio zrobilem format komputera włanczam maxwella próbuje otworzyć 3ds-a i nic sie nie dzieje. Generalnie sytuacja wygląda tak że stare pliki ( modele zrobione przed formatem ) otwiera natomiast wszytkie nowe nie. Modele robilem w archicadzie i w maxie i nic . Zainstalowalem plug-ina do maxa i ta sama historia. Czy ktoś sie juz z tym spotkał. Prosze o pomoc i z góry bardzo dziekuję
