Firma Mindpower.pl poszukuje na stanowisko Lead Animator przy produkcji pełnometrażowej.

Obowiązki:

• Be responsible for the Animation team allocated to the film.

• Review the work of the Animation team working on the film.

• Set tasks for the Animation team.

• Quality controlling animation output on the project.

• Mentor all members of Animation team.

• Communicate with Film Director and other superiors on tasks and scheduling.

• Report to the Film Director/superiors the progression of the project.

• Feedback and manage technical challenges on project.

• Overall charge of facilitating the Director feedback and vision.

Wymagania:

• Accomplished examples of keyframe animation, both character acting and full body.

• Thorough knowledge of Maya 3D animation toolsets is essential.

• Good communication skill and ability to work interactively with production and other departments to solve production challenges.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to confidently lead a team.

• Ability to feedback to rigging and pipeline and direct any technical changes.

• Strong understanding of the principles of animation, with a keen eye for character pose and staging.

• Good knowledge of cinematography.

• A thorough knowledge and understanding of basic artistic human anatomy.

• A thorough knowledge and understanding of basic human kinetics.

• A thorough knowledge and understanding of basic real world physics and their application for animation.

• Proven production experience within a team, min. 3 years.
