Character TD

Role:

Platige Image Cinematics Team is seeking technical directors who are experienced with creating character rigs and animation tools for high-end rendered shots. Candidates need a varied skill level across the areas of rigging, scripting and software development. We are currently seeking technical artist for upcoming game cinematics projects at our Warsaw, Poland studio.

 

Required:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in rigging in game development environment, commercials, VFX or equal

- Strong knowledge of Maya

- Experience in Python

- Deep understanding of character design and animation, as it relates to rig development

- Good problem-solving abilities

- Self-motivation and a great team-player

 

Plus:

- Previous experience working in game cinematics pipeline or CG feature environment

- A general technical/math background including programming, scripting and software development

- Experience in cloth simulation in Maya (nCloth, Syflex, Qualoth)

- Technical Degree
