NOLABEL is looking for a Production Coordinator

NOLABEL is looking for a Production Coordinator, who will assist Producers in managing projects. If you want to work in a creative environment, if you are eager to learn and VFX/CGI is your passion, we are looking for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the VFX Producer with daily administrative tasks
• Scheduling meetings and handling the daily production calendar
• Minutes taking in meetings and review sessions
• Research reference material
• Consolidating the feedback from clients
• Assisting Producers with coordinating with the crew
• Search for freelance artists and vendor studios
• Adding necessary information to the database
• Support with setting up daily tasks for the crew

 
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Basic knowledge of Film and Post-Production Industry
• Understanding of overall project workflow
• Highly organized, punctual with clear communication skills
• Database, spreadsheet and word processing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform calmly and prioritize tasks
• Reliable, independent, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Good English language skills

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Attention to detail
• Creative thinking
• Knowledge of ‘Shotgrid’ software
• Keen on social media and marketing
