Display > Component Display > Local Rotation Axes

Pojawia Ci sie LRA.

 

Nastepnie przelaczasz sie tak jak zaznaczylem na zielono.

Rotation przelaczasz w tryb Local (w Tool Settings, albo przytrzymaj klawisz skrotu odpowiadajacy za Rotate i kliknij (przytrzymaj) lewym klawiszem mychy).

 

Teraz mozesz obracac LRA.
