Klikasz Render->Render Elements -> Add -> Alpha.

 

Jeśli to animacja to jeszcze kklikasz w "..." i wybierasz plik wyjściowy.

włączyć go w oknie renderu i normalnie zapisać, lub zapisać normalny render w formacie który obsługuje alpha czy np .PNG
