Ubuntu Studio to wersja z całym zestawem narzędzi do edycji dźwięku, grafiki i video. Niestety brakuje dwóch ważnych programów: Jahshaka i Cinelerra: jahshaka - not in the repos and deferred until next upstream release, cinelerra - not in the repos and deferred until license issues are worked out. Wszystko w ładnej ciemnej skórce na środowisku gnome.
