jak wyłączyc widzialność backface'a plane'a w widoku?

jak w temacie.

We wczesniejszym maxie nie było tego problemu.

Plane był widoczny tylko z jednej strony, teraz mam 30 dniowa wersje maxa2008

i wszystkie plane'y w widoku mają drugą strone czarną co mi bardzo mocno utrudnia zabawe ;/

Wie ktos jak to wyłączyć na stałe?

Probowałem w properites obiektów z opcja backface cull, ale nie zdaje to egzaminu.
