Wykorzystałam dupliFace i modyfikator curve (próbowałam z dupliverts, ale wtedy obracały się w złą stronę).

Na "wstędze" jest materiał z alfą, tak że na renderze nie widać.

Żeby się ruszało, wystarczy zanimować wstęgę wzdłóż osi X.
