Autor Phun'a po sukcesie swojej pracy magisterskiej w dalszym ciągu rozwija swój projekt w firmie Algoryx Simulation AB (firmie typu spin-off utworzonej na uczelni przez jego promotora) i jest w niej głównym programistą i liderem projektu. Program oczywiście po "komercjalizacji" zyskał nową nazwę - Algodoo.
