W maxsie stwórz boź lub plane (nie wiem co ci potrzebne) i w modify wybierz z modifier list UVW Map kliknij na plusik (po wybraniu) wybierz gizmo wejdź do material editor, rozwiń roletę maps dodaj fajkę do diffiouse(czy jakoś tak) kliknij w to obok tego napisu, wybierz bitmap i to co chcesz mieć - ten teren.
