Witam, od razu pokaze siatke, bedzie latwiej:

kolorami oznaczylem smoothgrupy, na siatke nakladam turbosmootha, 1 iteracje, smooth by smoothing groups zaznaczone. Z meshsmoothem jest jeszcze gorzej.

Ok, rozgryzlem co jest przyczyna - po turbosmooth przekonwertowalem do poly i wtedy sprawdzilem smooth grupy - okazalo sie ze wszystkie poligony sa dopisane do jednej. Skad to sie bierze i jak tego uniknac?
