Cost of good freelancers in Poland it is like in other countries, it depends of project , deadline , reality requirements...some guys are paid for hours worked on.

 

I think you can't say just something like 'freelancer cost 2000€/month' because freelancer is hired for this one specific project.

Some of our projects are large (many idividual buildings) and can run for a few months at a time requiring up to 3-4 people on it at any one time. I think Rate for freelancers vary between Ireland, UK. Poland, USA? I am impressed with the work I see here.

We have 8 people in the office + 3 teleworking, 2 in Ireland and 1 in Spain
