Ja zrobiłbym tak:

W pierwszym - zewnętrzny element i ten walec ręcznie, reszta displace - bo leniwy jestem ;)

 

W drugim - płaską bryłę po konturach np. z boxa czy liniami + shell, a potem Zbrush
