troche pomyślunku (jak to moja babcia mówi ;) jest wiele sposobów, ja np. rysowałem linie (taką falę) potem extrudowałem i nadałem grubość za pomocą shella

1.robisz boxa odpowiedniej długości i dajesz odpowiednią ilość segmentów

2.tworzysz obiekt typu space warps->geometric/deformable->wave (panel po prawej)

3.podłączasz box do modyfikatora za pomoca przycisku "bind to spce warp" (na pasku na górze po lewej)
