Przypisać odpowiedni materiał do particli. Wygląda na to, że masz typ facing, więc radialny gradient ramp wsadzony w slot opacity powinien zadziałać. Lepiej sprawdziłyby się sphery z wolumetrycznymi shaderami, ale to już troszke bardziej skomplikowane ;)
