Tak jak widać na zdjęciu, frez powinien być na zewnątrz. Nie wiem jak to odwrócić. Na szybko wygiąłem spline w inną stronę, ale może jest jakiś inny sposób.

Możesz obrócić ten kształt ręcznie w oknie podglądu (Zakładka Modify->Loft->Shape) z włączonym Angle Snap.

 

Możesz też użyć modyfikatora Sweep. Jest po prostu łatwiejszy w obsłudze od Lofta.
