What you’ll be doing 

• As a BIM Modeler at TMRW you’ll be the technical core and structured force that moves our projects forward.
• You are a highly motivated 3D modeller with high skills in 3ds Max and good understanding of Revit, Archicad, Rhino and Autocad with 3 years of experience.
• To be successful in this role you need to understand architecture and have a strong organized mindset.
• You will be responsible for converting architectural models and BIM pipelines.
• Your task is to make sure that the craft is always started by the highest possible standards and scene structure.
• Simultaneously you’ll keep an open dialogue with our Project Managers, following the pipeline and of course raising ideas while pushing technical boundaries.
• Moreover, an important part of your role consists of communication internally on a daily basis.
• Here you’ll be growing in a team of the most talented Artists in the world, getting support to continue growing into increasingly larger and influential roles and elevating your performance.

 

6 boxes to tick 

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural industries. Architectural degree is a plus. - Interest in the technical parts of converting and modeling architectural models and landscape.
• Technical background in 3dsmax, revit, rhino, autocad.
• A contagiously collaborative spirit? Great, because at TMRW your hands on individual contribution plays an important role in the projects. 
• You communicate and work constructively 
• Your attitude is as outstanding as your interest for Architectural models and workflows.
